IHUMAN CASE STUDY FOR A FEMALE WHO HAS CHEST PAIN MEI YANG,69 YEAR OLD FEMALE
HPI – M.Y. comes in today with chief complaint of chest pain that started 5
days ago. The pain is not in one spot but generalized all over chest and does
not radiate. Waxes and wanes. Feels like heaviness, and pressure.
Aggravated by activity. Relieved by rest. Associated symptoms include
shortness of breath and fatigue. Patient has not tried any medications for
treatment. Rates pain 6/10 when pain is present. PMH of aortic stenosis,
hypertension, hyperlipidemia, and coronary artery disease.
